Salary: Base Pay and Incentives

Tutor earnings are dependent on tutor credentials and factors which include:
- Educational background
- English teaching experience (years of online/offline experience, types of classes taught - kids/adults, exam prep classes conducted, and experience of teaching Korean students)
- Other work experience (in one’s own field/industry like legal, HR, medical field, etc.) which add on to the tutor’s teaching and guiding capabilities

Speaking classes carry 1 credit
- The pay range offered currently is $11-14 per hour for speaking classes

All tutors need to compulsorily take speaking classes and tutors may or may not take writing classes

Writing classes carry 1.5 credits
- So, the pay for a writing class 1.5 times the pay earned for a speaking class

Trial classes carry 0.75 credits
Trial classes are conducted for the following three purposes:
- For Recruitment: New tutors take 2-4 trial classes as a part of the recruitment process
- For New Student Subscription: New students get 1-2 trial classes to check out EngAll classes before purchasing a subscription
- For Tutor Publicity: Exisiting students are also able to take trial classes with a tutor when that specific tutor requires more publicity and promotion

Group classes: Payment is decided based on the base pay and workshop conducted

Note: Group classes are conducted by tutors who have been with EngAll for at least 2-3 months. These classes are conducted with 5-8 students on a specific topic/theme like paper folding classes for kids, CV writing classes for adults
