All tutors are responsible to inform the EngAll team as soon as a problem occurs whether it be emergencies, technical issues with classes, or any other issue they face during classes.
All tutors must display a positive attitude toward students.
EngAll aims to create an environment where mutual respect and cooperation is upheld. Actions that harm the workplace atmosphere, such as displeasing others or being involved in unprofessional behavior, are strictly avoided. At EngAll, threats, insults, disturbances, annoying behavior, and harassment of others is not tolerated. Our company also prohibits deliberate discrimination based on age, sex, ethnicity, race, religion, or disability.
EngAll requires all tutors to have a minimum of 10 hours of available tutor sessions per week. Tutors have the responsibility to inform EngAll in case of emergencies or any other reasons preventing them from upholding the minimum 10 hours requirement.
EngAll does not guarantee any minimum teaching hours per tutor.
